@thisiskp_ Thanks KP 🙏 We actually spent a lot of time brainstorming the right language for this problem. “Digital Shoplifting” kept coming up in conversations with merchants because it captures the emotional hit of being robbed by your own customers. That framing really shaped how we built Prevent, making sure it doesn’t just score a transaction, but actually helps merchants feel like they’re taking control back.
That is a big deal. There is plenty of space for these products. Congrats on the launch!
Are there any geographical limits for the solution?

@michael_vavilov Thanks Michael! Prevent works globally, no geographical limits. Because it’s post-checkout and built right into Shopify, it plugs in wherever your buyers are. The fraud patterns do shift by region (for example, more “item not received” in the US vs. return abuse in EU), but the Digital Score adapts to those signals automatically.
