Beyond the Chatbot: Why We Built Svora, an AI-Powered Workspace for Agent Teams
Hi Product Hunt community!
I am Milo, founder of Svora.
For the past year, like many of you, my daily workflow has been completely reshaped by AI. But as I spent more time using various AI models, I realized something was fundamentally broken with how we currently interact with AI.

How do you handle proxy failures in your CI/CD pipeline?
One thing that doesn't get enough attention in proxy discussions is how to handle failures in automated CI/CD environments. We recently moved our data validation tests to run on every PR, and the proxy layer became our biggest flake factor.
Here's what we figured out along the way:
1. Proxy failures break CI in unpredictable ways
A test that passes on your local machine can fail in CI simply because the CI environment is using a different proxy IP and that IP might be blocked or rate-limited. We spent two weeks chasing flaky tests before we realized the proxy was the culprit.

I built an open-source AI motion editor
Coming today!
I'm launching Motion Editor on Product Hunt at 4 PM KST.
It is an open-source AI-native motion editor designed to make creating animations easier with AI assistance.
Before the official launch, developers and creators can already check the source code and run it locally:
Finally, A Smarter Way to Solve Magic Sort with AI-Powered Gaming Tool
If you've ever spent 20+ minutes stuck on one of those challenging Magic Sort Puzzles, you know how frustrating it can be. Most players end up making random moves, restarting levels, or searching for walkthroughs that don't even match their puzzle.
That's exactly why I built AI Magic Sort Solver.
Instead of relying on generic solutions, our tool analyzes your exact game board. Simply upload a screenshot, and the AI detects the tubes, colors, and special game objects to recreate your puzzle.
From there, you can:
A new way to manage coffee shops and cafés
We re getting ready to launch PrepIt on Product Hunt.
PrepIt is a platform built for coffee shop operations, with tools for inventory, batch prep, recipes, checklists, scheduling, clock-ins, and daily team workflows.
A lot of caf s still run important parts of the business through spreadsheets, notes, group chats, and memory. PrepIt is being built to make those systems more connected, more reliable, and easier to manage day to day.
Still early, but we re excited to share what we ve been building.

Building CartLane: An all-in-one WooCommerce conversion builder for growing stores

Over the past several months, I've been building CartLane, a WordPress plugin focused on helping WooCommerce stores increase revenue without adding more traffic.
Instead of installing multiple plugins for different conversion features, the goal is to bring everything into one modern, lightweight workflow.
I built with AI, but backed it out of the core user experience after talking to real customers.
I built my wedding planning app with a lot of AI help. I m a former wedding coordinator, not a software engineer, so Claude Code and Codex were a huge part of making it real.
But the more I talked to actual couples, the more I realized I was deeper in the AI adoption bubble than many of my users.
🚧 Building FounderMind AI: One lesson changed how I think about startups.
When I first started working on FounderMind AI, I assumed the hardest part would be building the AI.
I was wrong.
The hardest part has been designing a system that asks founders the right questions instead of giving instant answers.
