About

I’m Boris, founder of APEX PULSE PRO. I’m building an AI fitness and performance system focused on personalized training, long-term adaptation and making fitness intelligence genuinely useful in everyday training. I’m interested in AI products, product design, strength training and the problem of building software that actually understands users over time. Currently building and learning in public.

Would you trust a fitness app more if it showed less data?

I keep noticing the same problem in fitness apps.

The more advanced they try to look, the more numbers they put on the screen.

Scores, percentages, charts, readiness, recovery, fatigue.

At some point I stop knowing what I m actually supposed to do.

What did you remove from your product that actually made it better?

I ve been cutting things from APEX lately instead of adding more.

Some ideas looked good on paper, but once they were in the product they just added more noise.

It s a weird feeling because as a founder you usually want to keep building and adding.

But sometimes the product gets better when you stop trying to make it look more advanced .

Can an AI coach feel like a living system instead of another dashboard?

I m building APEX PULSE PRO around a question I keep coming back to:

What if an AI coach didn t just generate workouts, but visibly changed with the person using it?

The center of APEX is something we call the Core.

It already reacts to the athlete s inputs, recent training activity and interaction state. Instead of treating it as a decorative AI orb, I want to push it further - into something that feels more like a living performance system.
