Launching Zalcro this week, a pre-build planning tool for vibe coders

Launching Zalcro later this week and wanted to share it here first. I built it to solve a problem I kept running into: AI builds that start very well but fall apart when things have to connect. For me, everything goes great until I add auth, or a second feature, and suddenly I'm fixing one bug and breaking another.

Zalcro is a pre-build planning tool for vibe coders. You tell it your idea, answer a few questions, and it generates a blueprint, sequential prompts for Lovable, Bolt, Replit, etc or a dependency-aware ticket backlog for Cursor and Claude Code. It takes the guesswork out so your AI coding tool builds with a plan from the start.

Would love feedback from anyone building with AI tools.
