Analyzing traffic from Product Hubs
Launched in 2022, Product Hubs are your permanent company page on Product Hunt, different from your launch pages.
I recently ran an experiment analyzing organic traffic from these hubs over 30 days. Here's what I learned.

Fig. 1: Product Hubs by @Product Hunt
Context
I analyzed the traffic coming from a Product Hub /products/{yourCompany} using @Dub
To set a control, I didn't do significant activity there, just looked at the organic traffic
Observations
Two main observations:
High-intent traffic: 20.51% of people coming from Product Hubs convert into new sign-ups (fig. 2)
Decreasing over time: it seems that momentum post-launch lasts about 30 days (fig. 3)

Takeaways and next steps
Positively surprised by the conversion rate
Follow-up questions: What brings the most traffic to Product Hubs? Launching new features, securing founder reviews, posting in threads...?
Curious: Do you track traffic from your Product Hub? Have you seen similar results? Eager to swap notes.

Really interesting analysis! The 20% conversion rate from Product Hubs shows that this traffic is highly qualified. The drop after a month suggests it’s worth keeping visibility up through regular updates or new posts. It’d be great to see a comparison with other channels SEO, social & email
Just to make sure I'm clear, is this for your product or across all products you looked at?

Ah, good question. I analyzed the traffic from one Product Hub. Curious if the community got similar results.
minimalist phone: creating folders
Sometimes I can see how people contribute with reviews and some other people are trying to find "social proof" and finding these reviews. I didn't track that tho. Maybe good motivation to launch more frequently here to have some traffic :)
Curious what drives sustained clicks: new features, founder reviews, thread activity? Anyone else tracking their Hub traffic?

Great insights! The conversion rate makes Product Hubs worth keeping active. I’ve noticed that posting updates and founder reviews keeps traffic flowing longer - much more effective when you have a dev-focused product. Thanks for these insights!
Interesting findings — 20%+ conversion from Product Hub traffic is impressive, especially without active promotion. It reinforces that people browsing Hubs are already in a discovery mindset, not just casual scrollers.
We’ve started tracking our Hub as well (using Growstack’s analytics), and the drop-off after 3–4 weeks mirrors your observation. The initial launch momentum fades fast unless you keep it alive with updates, new visuals, or founder posts.
Would love to hear how others are keeping their Hub traffic steady beyond the first month — any specific tactics working for you?
