Been using these alerts for years, much better than Google alerts. The new Twitter added alerts are useful, I get a daily summary of my most important mentions which is nice. Talkwalker alerts is great for a free service, highly recommend you use it for your brand or business.

Pros:

Daily or instant notifications. Keep track of your brand reputation. Much more accurate than Google alerts.

Cons:

Limited and basic functionality no extra filters or alert notification settings for example alert by influence level or analytics etc.

I have been using Talkwalker Alerts for a few months now and it's been a great alternative to Google Alerts, I'm really happy that it now includes alerts from Twitter, which is a real time saver for me. I would definitely recommend it!

Look pretty useful. is there an error on your pricing page? Basic plan starts at $8400/year.

I'd like to have a Results browsing and filtering experience. Happy to share my thinking here.

Pros:

Surprisingly good results. It is, in fact, better than Google Alerts! The main Alerts Dashboard is useful.

Cons:

Could benefit from a Result Viewing UX which was a bit more TweetDeck like.

My favorite feature of Google Alerts is the ability to generate an RSS feed. I don't see this feature in Talkwalker.

Its an awesome way to stay updated

Pros:

Great to see all the tweets and to have the ability to filter the results

Cons:

No negative things for now

I like how easy it is to track brand mentions on everything from blogs, to forums, to social media, even video sharing sites.

Pros:

Easy to setup and it provides great results!
