I think it's a great way for communications professionals in particular to keep track of what's being said about their brand online. It also gives you a great indication of just how successful a campaign has been!

Pros:

great coverage of online news, blogs, forums and Twitter

Cons:

could add some more analytics

Have started using it today and really loving the product. Its awesome its great in a way that how it integrates twitter & other portals info which is making it more accurate than Google alerts.

Pros:

Great to see all in one with great coverage from blogs, online forums, news and other online portals.. its really better than Google Alerts

Cons:

Havent seen

I've used Talkwalker Alerts for a long time. Great to see tracking for influencers included.

Pros:

Finds a lot of great mentions

Cons:

I'm greedy, I always want coverage of more channels

Pros:

Surfacing content I wouldn't otherwise see.

Cons:

Some more stats in the email would be handy.
