Love the focus on 'context' rather than just raw data queries! The idea of having specialised AI agents that actually understand business logic is a huge time-saver. Congrats on the launch!

@mssulthan  Thank you so much for the kind words. Yes, we really focused on accuracy in this latest version. You can now create agents that you can train on your domain by feeding them your business logic, and that’s been a game-changer for delivering more accurate insights.

If you get a chance to try the product, I’d love to hear your feedback.

this was missing from my current AI stack 🔥
Rishika Sharma

@ranjanrishikesh, glad we could fill that gap in your AI stack! We built this product to make data-backed decisions accessible to everyone through plain English

We’d love to hear which feature stands out most to you and how you’re planning to use it to level up your data decisions

Kalpesh Bhalekar

Great product! Loved the experience.

Rishika Sharma

@kalpesh_bhalekar1 Thank you for your kind words. It means a lot to our whole team. Do let us know which feature you loved the most, and how we can improve from here.

Thrilled to see how Supaboard could handle all those diff data from various sources for AI uses... how does it manage the meta data layer then?

Aritra Ghosh

Hi @cruise_chen , thanks for your comment.

We have built our infra that picks up accurate database context and instructs the AI how to construct the SQL or Python code to get error free and correct data answer.

Would love to hear your feedback, do try Supaboard and let me know if it works for you.

Congrats on the launch!

Your website looks good. Maybe you should add a comparison with other AI BI solutions?

Rishika Sharma

@konrad_sx Thanks a lot for the insightful comment.

I’ve noted it down, we have mentioned it in our blogs, and we’ll present it more clearly with separate sections.

this is called gold mate!

Rishika Sharma

@kshitij_mishra4 Thank you for your kind words. We’d love to hear what your favorite feature is, and any suggestions you have on how we can improve.

Quick tip (in case it’s useful): You can create widgets by simply writing prompts. Use embed to share dashboards with your team, so they stay updated in real time.

Congrats team! What do you mean by no waiting? What time is needed still to provide a result?
Aritra Ghosh

Hi @kate_ramakaieva,

Supaboard offers two modes to fit your needs:

  • Concise Mode: Quick answers to "what" questions in 5-30 seconds.

  • Deep Dive Mode: In-depth analysis of your data to uncover the "why" and "how", typically 1-3 minutes.

Hope this clears things up! Give Supaboard a spin and share your feedback, I'd love to hear it.

Congrats on the launch! Making BI both conversational and grounded in real business logic is a tough but important problem. How does Supaboard ensure that agent-generated answers stay aligned with evolving business rules and definitions over time, especially as data sources and metrics change?

Aritra Ghosh

Hi @vik_sh Thats a very important question.

We have multiple layers built to ensure answer accuracy.

You can add business knowledge by uploading PDF and docs, you can set rules and also create evals which will be strictly followed for every single answer. And, we do not store any data, so every answer is realtime, hence when the source or metrics change our answers update automatically.

Chris Davis

How does this handle the messy part of data munging that comes with combining and blending data sources?

Aritra Ghosh

@thedatadavis
We achieve this with four main practical pillars:

  1. Automatic, always-up-to-date data centralization Connects to 600+ native sources and keeps data continuously synced (no more manual CSV exports).

  2. Consistent business definitions (semantic layer) Instead of messy table joins, you train/setup agents with your company’s own logic and definitions so metrics like Revenue, CAC, Active Users, etc. are interpreted the same way everywhere.

  3. No-code blending & analysis for everyday needs Offers a no-code query builder, instant dashboards, and automated table-to-chart conversion to easily filter, create derived metrics, and combine datasets.

  4. AI-powered change & narrative explanation Once data and business rules are connected, the AI automatically answers “what changed and why” questions and generates explanatory narratives — removing the need to manually build and update most reports.

Chris Davis

@aritra_ghosh6 Thanks for the response. Do you have docs or something where I can see how the semantic layer is configured? Are you using dbt under the hood (I'm guessing not in an exposed way to the end user)?

Alina Petrova

Great product! I signed up to test. It's solving an important problem that I often see in small teams: they want analytics and actionable insights but lack the resources to hire a BI engineer or skills to build a solid data stack themselves. I think your platform could be really helpful.

Rishika Sharma

@alina_petrova3 First of all, thanks a lot for signing up. I love how clearly you described the problem statement. You're absolutely right: small teams often don’t have the budget to hire a BI engineer, and as they grow quickly, they can’t afford delayed insights. Kudos for bringing that up.

Our tool is built to help businesses solve these challenges. Even mid-to-large companies deal with scattered data, delayed insights, and the reality that not everyone has the technical skills to use traditional BI tools. Our goal is to make it easy for every team member to get answers and take action. Almost everyone in your team becomes a data analyst.

Alina, thank you again for taking the time to share this in such detail. Please keep the feedback coming, we’re always looking for ways to improve the product.
