What is the best pdf editor?

I am stuck between "none of these have the feature that I need" and "this is way too many things in it to do my things quickly"

One of my favorite ways to edit a PDF is by using a mobile PDF Reader app that comes with Document 365 (Kdan Mobile). The mobile app, as well as the desktop version feautres quite a few highly useful tools - annotaiton, watermarks, scan-to-PDF, split/merge, file conversion and more. It works great on both your phone and your desktop, so you're always able to edit PDFs wherever you are. Good solution all aorund.
