So this can completely replace a CRM? Also your logo looks almost identical to Shazam. Did you make sure it is ok? :)

@james_osullivan James, yes. Instream is an CRM as all other products but we put more attention on communication than avarage CRMs does. We also have something like 'business relationships' - you can have communication with contacts with no seles background. Therefore all business organization, non-profit etc companies finds us perfect for them self. Yes logo can be little bit simmilar but doesn't our look more light and fresh?:)

@filip_duszczak Yeah InStream's is a lot more fresh :) . Ok I was a little confused because the pitch is focused on it being an alternative, so I thought there might be a loss of functionality. I really appreciate you guys doing the free 1 year for startups. That's a big deal and this easily looks like the ideal choice for a startup. I checked out pipedrive and their interface looks souless. Lol. Congrats on the launch!

I'm using this tool from the beginning. It's much better to schedule communication with clients than any other tool that I've tried. Earlier before I've been using mostly Pipedrive (as many studios / freelancers do, because it's cheap and effective), but it's really worth to try InStream.io and check how does your business work with it. Mine is working pretty well, mostly thanks to my selling process that was improved by InStream. Give it a try! :)

The product looks very solid, and the pricing is really fair - do you plan on adding some elements of marketing automation in the future? Also is it possible to create email templates on the platform?

@mkrajew Michał, thanks a lot. You can even now selecr 100 relations and send mass email to all of the selected contacts. But we don't plan to add marketing automation, we will integrate with current product. Our Road Map assume: Chrome extenion for Gmail MObile, LInkedIN integration, Phone/VOIP/Skype, GoogleApps full, zappier and more and more:) Is there anything more I can help you?

I'm trying to like this. Also used PipeDrive among other CRMs. The mobile experience was a bit tragic for me on my iPhone. Pricing page wasn't responsive so I'm a bit turned off. Tried to chat via the chat box but got no response. Ugh. C'mon!

This looks just what I've been looking for but I need a way to look at it on mobile (site didn't seem mobile friendly) as well as offline and local iOS sync (similar to Daylite but with your features)

Giving a very low rating as a complaint due to very poor and unreliable customer support.

I've actually much enjoyed the product and see great potential in it, but the way you're treated is unacceptable. I've requested help with a broken functionality (can not connect Gsuite email to CRM account) more than a month ago - via their support email, followed-up by phone, PM on Facebook and Linkedin and was totally ignored. No answers and the issue is not solved.

Waste of time and money. Sorry to say that.
