Why would anyone (sane) build yet another marketing automation tool?
There are dozens of really good marketing tools, but they are difficult to connect to your sales stack. There are also many monolithic tools that do “everything” but they’re increasingly hard to use, and come with a hefty price tag. As a result, SMBs struggle to get sales and marketing working together.
So we built Outfunnel, the marketing tool that drives revenue in at least three ways.
First, our secret sauce: ridiculously deep integrations with CRMs (Pipedrive and Copper, Hubspot CRM coming soon). Access all your CRM contacts, tags and custom fields. Sync email and web events back to the sales tool.
Second, our email automation features are designed to be used where sales and marketing need to work together. So you can:
* Get web and email engagement based lead scoring synced to your CRM
* Use contact owner from the CRM as sender of the email
* Track replies in addition to opens and clicks
* See revenue metrics in addition to usual campaign stats
Third, Outfunnel unifies web, email and CRM data to provide useful insights. For example, you can see which traffic sources convert best for your business.

Building a great product is hard however doable with deep work. But what really separates Outfunnel in my opinion is the level of support and engagement you get from the founding team. This is not trivial and the exact reason why these guys (and everyone at Outfunnel) deserves all the credit. Kudos!
Looks like just what the doctor ordered. Hubspot integration is def welcome, my personal wishlist would be a native CDP integration (e.g. hull.io) to avoid data silos.
@peeplaja Good point. We're definitely be adding more data sources, but we've seen that for many small businesses / startups even having sales and web/email data in one place is a huge win.
Outfunnel is super promising. Having worked in Estonia for 8 years I can say @andruspurde is the real deal. A genuine no bs marketer and also hates spam. Here's to him & the team building a tool that'll help marketers with timing and messaging instead of filling our inboxes with irrelevancy.
Echoing what most everyone is saying here. Have been a person user and reseller of Outfunnel for just about a year now.
The ?makers are incredibly receptive and run with feedback. Sometimes adding a feature request within a week of asking. The team is great.
So happy to build a partnership with them and continue with the product. The reporting it allows for within the CRM is unmatched.
Have tried a myriad of other products (more focused toward salespeople), but they try to build their own internal CRM, have tons of duplicate data issues/out-of-sync contacts, and require tons of authentication to get things working properly. Outfunnel allows for a quick set-up and immediately starts pushing over the important data you want (opens/replies/website visits/Lead Score/etc. to the CRM).
Have found a long-term partner with Outfunnel. Keep up the awesome work my friends :)

@sotak Great question. Outfunnel is somewhat a lite version of Hubspot but without the bloat and oversized cost. In other words if you are a SMB that is looking for a no-hassle marketing tool that works together with your CRM but don't want the overhead then Outfunnel would be the ideal candidate.

Despite being a very young company, Outfunnel seems to have already found its loud & loyal customer base. 🗣 The product is super slick from the inside: intuitive UI and powerful deep integrations. Very excited for what's to come!
I have tried Outfunnel with Pipedrive and found it super easy to use. Also looking forward to try the latest 3.0 release - seems to have some very useful new features. Keep up the great work.

This looks great. Signed up and integrated within minutes. I've been looking for something just like this specifically for Hubspot CRM so very keen to try it out!
@dogwithabone Easy of use is one of our main cornerstones :) And good to note that we're still busy building the Hubspot CRM integration but should have the first version out soon. Until then you can already use Outfunnel with Pipedrive, Copper or uploading your contacts directly.
Looks good! If the tool connects traffic sources to closed revenue, do you also have plans to show which landing pages or content pieces assist sales most?
I like the idea...and the execution! It's bizarre how challenging it still is for smaller teams to have a proper feedback loop going between sales (CRM) & marketing data.
@sjoerd_handgraaf Amen! This very problem and the realisation that there are hardly any tools that do this in the SMB landscape pushed us to create Outfunnel in the first place.
@sjoerdhandgraaf In the realm of the next 6 months we're looking to add more functionality for our web tracking, introduce a visual workflow builder, improve the overall product quality and stability and add API/Zapier support. As always, things might change slightly a long the way :)
