While developing, we spent good amount of time in making small changes from UX perspective. And users liked it.
We continued to watch after our public launch. And visiting some customers' office and quietly observing them use MarketFit, gave us a few new insights- as small as removing 2 words from an onscreen message, or enhancing the video demo so that users are able to realize 100% benefits or just changing relative position of menu items.
I was sitting at a customer office and they told how they used MarketFit at their exhibition!
Their rep or the customer himself/herself would enter pain-point/problem area in the MarketFit target context box, and get a specific solution with proof points!
I was in a conversation with the CEO of an interactive Kiosks provider who was evaluating MarketFit (our product). They generated battlecards using MarketFit and were evaluating those together with me.
Their buyer had a specific pain point on accessibility and the CEO, a very seasoned guy, mentioned how their kiosks solved that issue.
The battlecard generated by MarketFit had perfectly mapped that point in a precise and concise way. However, there was an additional solution point that MarketFit added. The CEO had never thought of that selling point which really made their pitch more attractive.
Additionally, MarketFit gave him very specific case studies related to accessibility. Again, CEO hadn't been able to recollect those specific proof points and was pleased to have them handy. And it was all done in 1-minute and 1/3rd of a page.
