LiveAgent is the last help desk solution my business will ever need. It covers everything and ticks all the boxes for my business. I started using help desk solutions way back in 2002. I've probably used a half-dozen options over the years before stumbling upon LiveAgent. Getting clients and prospective clients to use the previous solutions I used over the years was beyond frustrating. With LiveAgent, the system has the flexibility beyond the old "static solutions" of the past. People connect with my business through chat buttons, contact forms, a direct help desk link, using social media profiles, phone, etc. LiveAgent is the most efficient, flexible solution I've used in the past 17-years by far. You can configure it fit your needs - from simple to complex. I would recommend it to anyone.

The LiveAgent is a great softwares. I have been impressed so much. The set up was easy and it comes with good instructions so you can just follow to complete set up.
