With a proven track record and great support.
But still need improvement, I have heard many users complaining about the mobile app,but I am sure they will make it better.
Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

I have used live agent for the last 8 months. I love having it on my website so people don’t have to search for a contact form. I also send all my emails in my esp with the email address as a reply and easily keep track of the customer questions and issues. I also have Facebook connected and love that it allows me to track the replies.

I have the impression that the mobile application does not develop at all.

What do you like best?
We have been using LiveAgent for 2 years now. From setup to interface, it is easy to use. The helpdesk side has a lot of features that it is not available or far too expensive at competitiors. Very good tool for a team of people who have high concentrate of encouragement of supporting its customers, solving their problems and following up cases. We have been totally happy from using LiveAgent.
What do you dislike?
I know this is not directly about LiveAgent but buying SSL certificate every year and install to LiveAgent drives me crazy. I find the process a bit tricky and think that it should be explained better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have trialed 2 more different LiveAgent alternative. LiveAgent is the best of option that has the balance of features, flexibility and cost. I highly recommend trying LiveAgent for at least 6 months.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a 3D printing company where we receive a lot of leads for quotation. Also customers open cases about technical support. We follow up and manage all this traffic by LiveAgent.

I'm using liveagent for more then a year now and all I can say is thank you! You saved me a lot of efforts, time and money $$$
I have a facebook page where we received at least 50 messages per day, without Liveagent integration I wouldn't focus on my work.
What I liked about it?
- Preregistered answers and the ability to create snippets
- Ability to tag user messages
- Knowledgebase <3
- Chat widget
And the best thing is facebook integration! I would just like to see some bot features so we can automate answers and broadcast messages to users.

LiveAgent is Complete Support and Ticketing System. Everything is handled in one area. Bringing everything together makes life much easier. Must try!

I bloody love LiveAgent ! Been an absolute godsend to our business. Direct live communication with our audience was the one thing missing from our sales/marketing strategy and since we have joined, our sales have gone through the roof!
It's really easy to use, no lag, and the support is excellent. Never had any issues.

We currently utilize the chat and ticking portions of LiveAgent and have been very happy with the product. It has helped to solve collaboration and delegation problems for our support team. We utilize the notes to track internal communication and comments on tickets and the tags option to help with overall organization of tickets.
Overall user friendly and easy to learn. We probably don't use all of the functionality that we have access to, but for the present it's solved our immediate need and is not allowing anything to slip through the cracks.
