LiveAgent - Multi-channel and easy-to-use customer service software.

I switched from another platform we were using to LiveAgent due to cost and features and we couldn't be happier! LiveAgent has given us more features such as the knowledge base that we didn't even know we needed. The application is solid and customer support is great!

LiveAgent is a great product. It requires some setup, but their customer support was great. lol, go figure. And they were able to direct me to the correct tutorial, to help me accomplish what I intended. The tutorials were clear and easy to understand as they came with screenshots. Once set up, it makes keeping connected with your customers a breeze. You will be able to process large numbers of incoming tickets promptly by building your canned message responses. I love It!

Love LiveAgent! Very simple to use and there support for the programs are second to none 100% recommend as they have been a great help to my small business!

We have been using LiveAgent for a few years now, answering about 100 tickets a day, It is a lot quicker and simpler that trying to deal with support queries from multiple sources. I recommend it.

1 login for only 1 browser. If login in second browser you disconnect in first. After connect Gmail, my clients received old already sended mails twice or more time.

I started using LiveAgent last year and I have to admit that I'm extremely satisfied with their service and support. they continue to roll out new features. LiveAgent has made my life easier I can handle multiple clients and projects without having to compromise on my performance.
