I have the chance to be an early adopter of LiveAgent, It is an awesome service. As a WordPress Designer, I use it to propose a professional support to my customers and it is really awesome. I love how easy it is to setup and use. I love the supported integrations, and I love the fact that I can use it alone while my business doesn't allow me to have many coworkers yet.

I love working with Live Agent As a small web design agency LiveAgent is the perfect platform to channel customer requests and questions to us. The live chat icon embedded on our website is a great way to channel customer requests and questions to the team. We can even chat with customers through the mobile app when traveling. Email acconts, website, etc all send questions to LiveAgent so we only need one platform to maintain. This was one of my best investments!

LiveAgent is a really powerful tool with a lot of features from a well established company With a proven track record and great support. But still need improvement, I have heard many users complaining about the mobile app, but I am sure they will make it better. Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
