We picked up LiveAgent a while back from AppSumo and since then, it's emerged as a key app in our day to day business. As a small custom fashion retailer, trust is key, and using LA as our ticketing system allows us to centralize our customer service while providing human hand-holding in a package that looks and feels authoritative and professional.
The UI is simple enough to grasp and the automations, SaaS integrations, and predefined answers save us time and money every single day. Outside of limited functionality and some headache inducing login issues on their current mobile app, LiveAgent is the best deal we have seen for a platform as powerful and scalable.

I have barely scratched the surface on using LiveAgent and already love it! I was searching for a a way to consolidate all my various "tickets" from clients in one place as well as have a hub for resources. The knowledge base itself is worth the price of admission, add on all the other features and well LiveAgent has become my companies own virtual center for all items for our design clients to submit tickets, chat and find answers. Would recommend LiveAgent to anyone no matter how big or small their organization.

Our company had been using another chat system on our website, but it was getting outdated and we could not bring it with us into the future as we updated our site. We found LiveAgent and haven't looked back! We love it! Easy to use, looks great, gets the job done. What more could you ask for?

I like to use it. It helps us to track our issues and make them solved.
We created filters for the issues and it helps to differentiate them and we don't miss our customers' requests for help.
We use customized forms to get issues from our clients and it makes support easier. It is very easy to install forms, we don't need to do them ourselves and spend much time.
We got the problem with iOS application. Unfortunately, pushes don't work. So it is hard to use live chats with our customers.
We had a chat with LiveAgent Support, they are understanding and professional. They try to do their best to solve our problems.

LiveAgent or LADesk is one of the best we've started using and building our startup RTIwala. Being a CTO it's my prerogative to find a best and affordable tool and LiveAgent fits the bill.
It has all the essential features you needed to run your customer support.

This is one of the best online software that I purchased so far in my Internet journey. I have been using LA from the very first day after purchasing this and it has became my mainstream tool to manage all my emails and customer emails.
The team is actively updating at least 3 to 6 times every month with new features and performance upgrades. More impressive thing is their customer support, whenever I stuck, I just go to their homepage and instantly someone will get to me to solve the issue.
If you are in Internet business and looking for a tool to manage all Emails, Chats, Calls, this is a go-to tool.

Great product. Lacks a little on the mobile side. We use our phones more than computers at times for tickets. Customer service has always been extremely responsive and helpful!
