I'm super happy to have Customerly. I use it on my membership site so my members can contact me when they need something, but it's also open to new potential members. I think you need a way for people to access information when they're on the page. I like how pretty it is and while this isn't a business decision for most it is for me. I've used the app for about 3 months. The support is wonderful and the team are always updating it.
Pros:Easy to use, nice platform to look at and work with.
Cons:I haven't experiecned any issues
