By little tool, I don't mean it took a small amount of effort, I mean it does one day-to-day, small task. For me it's probably @Xnapper . It allows me to take beautiful screenshots surrounded by stunning backgrounds in literally a few seconds, where as I used to spend time chucking my screenshots into Figma and playing with the padding to make them look nice. I can't even guess how much time this has saved me
I tried it once, turned my phone off for a full Saturday. By Monday there were two client emails nobody had answered, a mix up at the other location that only got caught when a customer complained, and a staff scheduling gap nobody noticed until the shift already started. None of it was a disaster on its own. It was just the sum of a dozen small things I usually catch by being everywhere at once. Curious if anyone here has actually pulled off a real day off from a service or multi location business, and what had to be true for it to work.
I ve been hunting and playing around with AI agents for a while now, and while the progress is impressive, I keep running into things that make me think: Why can t it just do this already?
What s one thing you wish agents could do today that they just can t (yet)?
Every business I have run has had a version of the same warning sign. A customer complaint that repeats instead of a one time thing. A number that drifts slightly off for a few weeks in a row. A task that keeps getting rescheduled instead of finished. None of those look urgent on the day they happen. They only look obvious in hindsight, once they have already turned into something bigger. Curious what your early warning sign looks like, the thing that in hindsight was always the tell, but did not feel like one at the time.
