I think i'm cooking 😎

Ok i just wanna show off a little.

On 16 august i started banalo.business.
Today we re at 2.7k total users and 1,100 signups. it s a b2b platform, so those signups are people who actually want to build something.

I ve only been in the startup world for 2 months, so even the small wins still get me excited. i check the numbers way more than i should lol.

I ll post a month by month update here so you can watch it grow with me. If you re building something right now and it feels slow, this is what the start looked like for me.

Nobody here says it, but most PH upvotes are just favours

Been here 2 months now and something finally clicked. Half the upvotes and half the comments on any launch are people returning a favour.
You upvote mine, i comment on yours, everyone goes home happy.

Nobody says it out loud because we all benefit from it. It s like a group chat where everyone agreed not to talk about the group chat.

Doesn t make PH useless tbh. It just means rank and comment count show who has the bigger circle, not whose product is actually better.

Maybe i m wrong and i m just new here.
Would love to hear from people who ve been around longer, does this match what you ve seen or have i been reading it all wrong.

The more i learn AI, the harder it is to start anything

Keep getting an idea, then immediately going "AI could just do this already" and killing it before i even try. Happens every single time now.

Part of it's real, ngl, a lot of stuff genuinely is one prompt away from existing.
But part of it's watching randoms post a localhost demo, hype it like they built the next big thing in 2 minutes, and get treated like legends while actually knowing how to ship something real means less and less.

So now i'm just confused on what's even worth building anymore. Feels like looking impressive got way easier but actually delivering didn't, and nobody can tell the difference rn.

Not scared of AI, just genuinely unsure what's left to build when everything either already exists or someone's already faked it on camera.
