I am a big Asana fan. When I found ClickUp, I was very impressed and began switching over to ClickUp. The speed at which ClickUp adds new features is very impressive. The wisdom to allow users to turn-off features so that the software does not become to complex for some users is a great idea.
The support is fast and courteous and helpful.

I'm a former project manager for Aerospace and currently an on-boarding manager of a robust CRM/dialer system and I am in LOVE with this system. It is beautifully designed, has ease of access, user friendly, and soooo many options! I started using it not only for business but to project manage my life! I'm obsessed and have been raving about Click-up to everyone I know! :) Thank you for this amazing system.

I struggled with Asana. It worked but barely, and some of their features they kept locked away for groups of 5+.
ClickUp has worked marvelously for me since he start, and 2.0 even better. I admit I am a list person more than a card person, so their excellent views and flexibility with lists has been SOOOO helpful. The new Inbox feature really completes the picture for me.
As a solo entrepreneur, admittedly it is different than if I was using it as a team. And, it's made me dramatically more effective in just the past 6 months, and I feel like I've got a much better picture of my business ~ especially recurring items ~ than I could ever achieve with Asana or Trello.

ClickUp has a lot of intuitive features, but allows you to really geek out with customization. Also, the developers and management at ClickUp are very good at communicating with their users through their various portals. The most helpful portal allows you to vote on future features/improvements - you really get a feel of a community of people (both working with and for ClickUp) that are interested and passionate about the application.

After trying EVERYTHING that would work for my small, niche accounting firm, I found ClickUp and haven't looked back. I use the free version in my personal writing, reading, and task management. I use the paid version in my business and it simply erases all the frustrations of having to handle data-sharing with my virtual assistant. It's seamless - straight from my inbox to tasked in ClickUp with original docs attached. We communicate within the program, track time on projects, etc. It's the EXACT program I would have built, if I knew anything about building programs.

Has improved my work productivity immensely. Always thought I was on top of my game but this really makes it easier, more efficient and fun. I am looking to migrate my team to this platform in the near future.

I have been using ClickUp since 2017. The team is great, they are always attentive and willing to help. The tool has changed a lot (for the better) over time and is constantly changing, every month has many new features and functionality. I migrated from Redbooth to ClickUp and I have no regrets, even with fewer tool features at the time. I tested a lot of tools before choosing ClickUp for my team. I've tested Asana, Trello, Monday, Wrike, Jira, etc. and I'm sure I made the best choice.
