ClickUp 2.0 - One app to replace them all

ClickUp is the tool I have always yearned for! Despite having an abundance of productivity/collaboration/note implemented in my workflow, I always find myself deep diving for new products. Generally this is because I feel that the products I was using were lacking in various aspects. With ClickUp I no longer feel that I must search and this is truly the tool for everything. I have been able to replace different products and have more and more live under ClickUp. This product is continuously being updated with more and more great features. I am amazed at how well ClickUp sticks to their philosophy of listening to people and getting updates out quickly; their community management and attention to their feedback request system is fantastic. Their 2.0 version was such a leap forward that I am very excited to see what comes next.

As someone that struggles with FOMO, I was worried that my initial attraction to ClickUp was that it was the latest shiny thing. What I am discovering though is that it really does satisfy my desire to not have so many different tools to have to navigate in order to get s**t done! I understand now that, for myself, the constant trying to make my productivity system perfect was in itself a way to avoid working on projects that I don't have clarity on or am struggling in other ways with. Having everything in one place is making it easier for me to clarify and focus on my priorities as a new entrepreneur. I have made the commitment to stick with ClickUp and a commitment to myself to not get caught up in needing to use all the tools all at once so that I don't continue to "procrasti-plan" (thanks Megan Minns for that idea!). Thankfully, ClickUp is a very flexible system that will allow me to grow into it.

In a vast world of project management and to-do apps (seriously, it's overwhelming), ClickUp stands out for its comprehensive suite of tools, its in-depth feature set, well-designed UI, and rapid pace of development. If ClickUp doesn't do what you need yet, it will soon.

Not only is Clickup full of amazing features, but customer support is awesome, roadmap on future development is super active! New improvements to the app and implementing recommended improvements has been top notch!

Best Team PM software on the market... hands down. They make most of the others look like they are not even trying!

Outstanding project management, task manager, and general organizational software. I dumped Asana, Trello, bunches of Excel spreadsheets, and Smartsheet in favor of ClickUp. And I haven't looked back once. I wish I had started on this years ago but I am THRILLED it is here now. I couldn't do my job without it!

Managing my projects is a breeze. I was using Trello and Asana but only Clickup made me upgrade, mostly to support this great tool. You can create and save whatever project view you need : it is simple yet flexible.

ClickUp has been a God-send for me and my team. New features are being pushed out constantly and I have had few frustrations customizing it to a tee. Can't recommend it enough!

I absolutely love ClickUp. I've used many other project management tools like Basecamp, Asana, Podeo, Trello but none can match my experience with ClickUp. I love the user interface, the simplicity, the advanced features executed in a usable way, and the flexibility to make it do what you need it to do. Highly recommend it.

I like ClickUp. It acts as my project management plan, WBS, scheduling tool, communication tool, requirements documentation, and general project management workspace. I would really like to see some sort of schedule delay analysis though and a PRINTABLE GAANT CHART OPTION! This would be a a HUGE help when presenting at internal stakeholder meetings and community outreach events.
