Since our last launch, a lot has changed. We re no longer building an AI website builder.

Now we re building a workspace where teams create and use Claude Code-style agents for real work.

Over the past weeks, we ve been focused on one thing: making agents actually usable in day-to-day workflows.

While building a product, I ve also been trying to run content on social media to bring in more traffic. I experimented with creating AI-generated characters and producing UGC-style videos around them.

During this process, I realized something interesting: there are hundreds of tools that can generate virtual characters and UGC-style videos. But what actually makes a video engaging isn t the tool - it s the authenticity of the person creating the content.

There used to be at least some clear logic behind startup valuation.
You d take:
hours rate MVP cost.
That gave you a rough valuation floor.
Not perfect. But it was an anchor.
That anchor is now gone.
AI made MVPs almost free.
~$300. Two weeks. One person.
And if a product costs almost nothing to build
what is valuation based on now?
The answer is uncomfortable:
your product itself is no longer inherently valuable.
Investors no longer look at:
how long you ve been building
how many developers you have
how much money you ve invested into the product
Because none of that proves anything anymore.
Now there s only one question:
who is paying?
If no one is
then in their eyes, your startup is worth roughly what your MVP cost.

We just launched Visdiff and we're live on the leaderboard today.

One thing we kept running into at our dev agency: AI coding tools generate frontends fast, but the output never matches the design. Spacing is off, fonts don't match, colors are slightly wrong. You end up spending 3-5 hours per page fixing things that should've been right the first time.

Visdiff fixes that, paste your Figma link, it generates code, screenshots the result, compares it pixel-by-pixel to your design, and keeps iterating until it actually matches.

The builder internet has one dominant religion: ship fast, learn fast, iterate. And honestly? It's mostly right. I'm not here to argue against iteration.

But I've been noticing a pattern in products that actually lasted and it's uncomfortable: A lot of them were embarrassingly slow at the start. Not because the founders were lazy but because they were obsessive about the wrong thing to ship first.

Figma spent years just making the multiplayer cursor work flawlessly before talking about anything else. Notion had a tiny, nearly unusable v1 that they kept showing the same 500 people. Linear said no to mobile for two years while everyone said they were crazy.

We're back. And this time, with a much sharper focus.

When we first launched @Curatora , it was a content discovery and publishing tool. Over time, one thing became very clear from user conversations.

Publishing was not the hard part.
Finding strong, timely content ideas was.

I've been trying to make Termsy as useful as possible since the day we launched.

And Termsy is fundamentally and significantly better now. Here's why:

1. Higher Accuracy: Rebuilt from the ground up with a smarter algorithm. To be honest, looking back, I feel a little embarrassed by the old algorithm. It threw up way too many false positives and wasn't trained on enough real-world data. Over the last few weeks, I've been analyzing 200-300 ToS pages across categories to find patterns to improve the accuracy. I've been actively improving the algorithm, so it's only going to get better in the newer versions.

2. Introducing Proactive Nudges: To catch the fine print early. Two things happen now once you encounter a ToS page: 1) The icon in the extension bar lights up 2) A self-dismissing widget pops up that nudges you to investigate. I didn't want you to forget to check Termsy when you need it most. So now, it shows up to give you more clarity so that you don't agree to something blindly.

3. Introducing Right Click to Investigate: To check the fine print without opening the link. Brands have become smarter, instead of letting you read the agreement, they usually write "By signing up I've read the Privacy Policy and agree to the Terms and Conditions" and link their pages. An already long verbose ToS is now another click away, hidden away. With a simple right click, you can now scan the terms without navigating away from the page. This is an attempt to shift the balance of power slightly back toward the consumer ensuring critical information isn't buried behind pages and long walls of text.

4. Now needs more permissions: to power all the new features. To do all this, we need more permissions, primarly to show that self dismissing widget and to read the contents of the page you aren't on (for Right Click to Investigate). This means your extension may be turned off. Chrome does this after major updates. So just click the extension bar icon, go to "manage extensions" to re-enable Termsy and unlock the full power of the new version.

This all goes back a bit to the era of NFT, virtual reality, when, during COVID, we went to virtual events, had VR glasses and promised ourselves that we would spend more time in some digital parallel reality online.

Well. So Facebook, with a growing portfolio and a new vision, renamed itself Meta.

But here's the problem AI will never just know.

Unlike Google, which crawls everything and figures it out eventually, AI learns from patterns. And if your product doesn't fit those patterns, you simply don't exist.

Most teams scaling Voice AI think they can monitor quality with a simple LLM prompt. They are wrong.

An LLM can t hear a "crunchy" voice line, it can t accurately measure a 500ms "barge-in," and it struggles with the nuances of true conversational flow.

When we built Cekura Monitoring, we realized we had to go beyond the LLM. We combined Heuristic and Statistical models with our Metric Optimizer to solve the "Scaling Wall."

2. Click the Export button.

3. You'll receive an email with a download link when your export is ready. The export will be a ZIP of HTML files containing all spaces you've created.

4. To export spaces created by others and shared with you, export each of those spaces individually.
