What's a tool that let's me upload a document and get a secure, legally binding signature fast?

I occasionally want to send agreements to people in an official context without needing to pay a monthly subscription/fee. Is there any per document tool that works for this. Are there any available for free?

    DottedSign

The e-signature solution for your business

DottedSign is a good choice for e-signing. Very easy to use.

I prefer using DottedSign - I like how it's designed, all the tools are actually quite useful and there's also OTP verification, everything is encrypted and the app is ESIGN Act Compliant as well. Another great thing is the paper audit trail - so all changes to the document are recorded, just in case. Great UX/UI and a high degree of usability.

I suggest DottedSign, it's all legal and secure, so you get a good deal when using it. Definitely worth it.

I deal with contracts everyday - why paper contracts? Because some industries are still modernizing... slowly. DocuSign is the simplest, easiest to use system for everyone, even the non tech-savvy amongst us.
