    Nuclino

The easy knowledge base for teams

Nuclino is a great alternative to Google Docs, does the same job but is a lot more lightweight and fast, with more options to organize and visualize your documentation.

Excellent product which is on the right track. In my view the pricing is too high for this stage with 5 Euro/user/ month. G Suite costs 4 euro for it's vast service portfolio. For us a price point at 1 or 2 Euro would feel comfortable.

    • Nuclino definitely deserves to be as popular as Slack and Trello. Like Slack and Trello, Nuclino focuses on one task and does a brilliant job at it. I really hope this stays actively maintained!

    ProtonMail

End-to-end encrypted email - now on iOS & Android

ProtonMail is a solid, privacy-focused replacement for Gmail, with zero knowledge end-to-end encryption.

The newly released Google Hire is getting a lot of buzz, but it's quite different than the modern recruitment streamlining tools that we are used to seeing. One of those that I recommend instead of Google Hire is Recruitee. Here is a quick rundown of the features you'll get from Recruitee that are crucial to finding the best fits: - Unlimited seats/users for collaborative hiring - Custom modules (screening questions, share image, careers site, etc.) - Price per active job - Ability to work with programs outside the G Suite (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, IE) There are a bunch more, but you get the point! Hope this helps you during your HR tech hunt :)

We are a true B2B service and value our customers‘ data privacy, and can even show you where your data is residing physically.

Zoho has a suite of business apps similar to the Google suite. You could try that.
