What tools do small businesses use for online reputation management?
I've heard of Podium and Broadly, but was wondering if there are better, more cutting-edge tools to get customers to write reviews/provide feedback on Google/FB/Yelp/other local publications?

- Kuba RogalskiContent Writer at LiveChat · WrittenThere are different aspects of reputation management. You can either push negative mentions that appear in Google down in the search results for a given keyword or act proactively and monitor the web in search of the mentions on social media and other places online. Brand24 will help you with the latter. Nobody likes negative mentions, but they will appear at some point. It's worth reacting to them as soon as possible so you could minimise the impact they can have on your business.

The folks are also really knowledgeable, so reach out anytime to talk about employer reputation tactics. Just shoot an email to hello@recruitee.com!

- Michal Mazurek made this productYou'll often see authors of blog posts or products chiming in on dicussions about their creations ( https://www.google.com/search?q=... ). If you want to do the same then Syften will help. And it has more advanced filters than the alternatives.
