Hey everyone,
We just launched Katalyst for sales teams on Salesforce.
Simple idea: reps don't hate selling, they hate the hours they lose every week feeding the CRM. Logging calls, fixing stages and close dates, writing next steps, reconstructing what happened on a deal from three weeks ago. The CRM they "quietly hate."
Most tools just made data entry slightly less painful. It's still the rep doing the work.
Love how it quietly takes care of the post-call busywork in the background. The "next step set" detail feels especially well thought out for actual sales workflows.
Katalyst
@busehykfva3 That detail came straight from watching reps, setting the next step is the thing that quietly gets skipped when you're slammed, so it was the one we most wanted handled for you. Glad it landed.
Katalyst
@busehykfva3 The post-call busywork and the manual admin work when it comes to sales processes is what Katalyst is trying to overcome. The post-call busywork is one example, but Katalyst also forms the right context for your deals and makes sure that this work gets done quickly and smartly!
Really looking forward to using to it for automating some of my boring Salesforce work
Katalyst
@ashu_sharma15 That's exactly the boring stuff we built it to eat. Would love to hear how it goes once you put it on real accounts, tell us what it nails and where it should be sharper.
Katalyst
@ashu_sharma15 That boring Salesforce work is exactly what it's built to eat, so you get the time back for the actual selling. Would love to hear how it does once it's on your real accounts.
The platform experience is super clean and inviting. Sadly, I don't have a salesforce account to link so could not complete the free demo. All the best with this nonetheless. :)
Katalyst
@liz_dsouza Appreciate you saying so, and no worries at all. If you ever land somewhere running Salesforce, the door's open. Thanks for the good wishes, Liz!!
Katalyst
@liz_dsouza Thank you Liz, genuinely glad the experience felt clean even without a deal to link. Salesforce is the backbone today, so that's the one gate, but if you're ever on a team running it, we'd love to have you try the real thing. Appreciate the kind words 🙏
Have you started seeing patterns across won deals? Like teams that engaged Finance before Legal closed faster kind of insights?
Does Katalyst notice behavior patterns too? Like a rep consistently forgetting to follow up with procurement or not engaging technical buyers early enough?
The meeting prep summaries are genuinely useful, and I love that follow-ups are already drafted before I even close the call tab.
Katalyst
@enginkasaphdgg The prep summaries are quietly my favorite part, walking in already knowing where things stand changes the whole call. Glad the combo of that plus ready follow-ups is landing for you. Appreciate the kind words.
Katalyst
@enginkasaphdgg The prep summaries plus ready follow ups are really two ends of the same call, walk in already knowing where things stand, walk out with the follow up drafted. Glad both ends are landing for you. Appreciate it 🙏

Love this approach. The biggest bottleneck in enterprise sales isn't finding leads, it's all the manual admin work around every deal. Automating that inside Salesforce is a huge productivity win. Congrats on the launch
Katalyst
@suryansh_tiwari2 You're pointing at the thing most people miss, the win isn't more leads, it's clearing the admin drag on the deals you already have. Freeing that time up is the whole game. Thanks Suryansh.
Katalyst
@suryansh_tiwari2 You named the trap perfectly, everyone chases more leads while the admin drag quietly kills the deals already in the pipeline. Doing that work inside Salesforce so reps never touch it is exactly the productivity unlock. Thanks Suryansh 🙏
