I was extremely disappointed with the lack of data security offered by this product. It was easy for unauthorized users to access my sensitive data, and the customer support team was unresponsive in addressing the issue.

I use Apollo to find contact info for leads that I generate. I like how apollo will work over LinkedIn and any site period! Verified email and social accounts saves a ton of time having to use an email checker. I wish the user interface wasn't so small and cluttered. Working with a lot of leads makes the "working area" feel small and difficult.

Our sales team uses Apollo.io to outbound cold email campaigns, it's easiest to use and love that it's prospecting database plus outreach.

Very usefull tool that allowed us to scale our outbound strategy from lead gen to sending. Their product evolve very fast and they keep innovating. Why not 5 stars?: Replying to emails from multiple domains is far from being optimized.

Excellent solutions for medium Businesses and Business owners

Apollo is good. Saves a lot of time. To support beginners, more guide and support videos to explain features can be shared at the initial stages while taking set by step.

Usually good emails but not consistently
