Katalyst is the AI sales agent for teams on Salesforce. Hang up a call and it's already done: notes summarized, records created, fields updated, follow-up drafted, next step set. It runs 24/7, reading every call, email, and calendar, surfacing the right signals, prepping you for each meeting, and prompting you to act: follow up here, this one’s slipping. What's new: AI Resolution on every account, meeting recorder, hygiene scores, deal patterns. Built for enterprise sales teams.

ModaFinally, AI designs you can edit
5.0 (1 review)
Also considered:
Moda handles our creative and AI generation, and it's been better than Canva for how we work. As a small team without a big design function, it lets us put out visuals that actually look sharp. One less thing we have to hire or wait for.
tip - If you're a small team without a dedicated designer, lean on Moda to get to a strong first draft fast, then tweak - within the app itself.

Salesforce (SFDC)Cloud computing solutions for every business
4.4 (8 reviews)
Katalyst runs on top of Salesforce, we don't ask anyone to rip out the system their whole company already runs on. Reps connect it and the agent keeps the pipeline clean underneath them. Building with Salesforce instead of against it is the entire bet
Pro tip for anyone building with Salesforce - Respect how deeply Salesforce is already wired into an enterprise before you try to change anything - handle the permissions and objects properly, rather than trying to replace it. Work with the system of record, not around it.

RampTime is money. Save both.
4.6 (14 reviews)
Ramp runs our banking, cards, and payments, and the reconciliation and receipts just handle themselves. We initially used Mercury but moved our card/payments to Ramp as it just a better user experience and easy to cancel subscriptions.
Tip - Turn on the auto categorization and receipt matching rules from day one, before the transactions pile up. The reconciliation feels like magic if you set the rules early.

Recall.aiThe universal API for meeting bots
5.0 (15 reviews)
Katalyst joins calls across every platform a sales team uses. Recall let us do that without building four fragile integrations ourselves.

MintlifyThe intelligent knowledge platform
5.0 (78 reviews)
Also considered:
Mintlify handles our docs and release tracking, and it took almost no time to set up, faster than GitBook and free to start.
Tip - Point it at your codebase early and let docs update as you ship instead of treating docs as a separate chore. Set it up in week one, not right before launch.

LinearThe product development system for teams and agents.
4.9 (422 reviews)
Honestly, without Linear we would not be where we are. It runs our engineering, automates the whole flow with GitHub, and lets us ship issues fast. We're a team split across India and the US, and Linear is a big part of how that actually works.
Pro tip - Wire up the GitHub automation from day one so issues, branches, and reviews move on their own. If your team is remote or across time zones like ours, that automation is what keeps everyone moving without constant check ins.

SlackTeam communication and collaboration platform
4.8 (958 reviews)
Sales teams live in Slack, not in another dashboard they have to remember to open. So we built the Katalyst Slack bot to push the signals, updates, and next actions right where reps already are. Slack is where the work actually happens, so that's where the agent shows up.

ClerkAn authentication and user management platform
5.0 (101 reviews)
Also considered:
Auth is one of those things you cannot get wrong when you're plugged into a team's Salesforce and their data. Clerk let us get secure sign in and user management right from day one, without building it ourselves.

Claude CodeAnthropic’s deep-context AI coder
5.0 (545 reviews)
Also considered:
We tried Cursor and moved to Claude Code, it's just fit how we build better. The skills piece is the difference, we can teach it our own patterns and it actually holds them across the codebase.
Tip - Invest early in setting up your own skills instead of using it out of the box. The more you teach it how your codebase actually works, the more it feels like a teammate who knows your patterns rather than a generic autocomplete.

VercelThe frontend cloud. Creators of Next.js.
5.0 (951 reviews)
We ship Katalyst fast because Vercel takes deploys and infra off our plate.
Pro tip - Wire up preview deploys for every branch. Being able to share a working link of a change before it ships saved us more back and forth than anything else.
