Zynq - Book meetings instantly with people at your company

Hey guys 👋 Zerzar here, one of the founders at Zynq. My co-founder David and I quit Google last year because we felt productivity apps were just not good enough for modern workflows. We wanted to build tools that automate all the boring parts of your job and let you focus on being inventive & creative. Today we're launching Zynq for Calendar, which lets you book meetings instantly with people at your company. We think it's silly that you have to manually search for when people are free and fumble around with Zoom links. With Zynq, you'll never need to worry about this again. Even for my small startup we are constantly wasting time setting up one off meetings and zooms. The biggest time saver you never knew you needed!

Such a simple addition to my normal meeting workflow but has streamlined the process greatly! I hadn't given it that much thought but it's remarkable how much time I've saved without the back and forth of trying to find a suitable time to book 1-on-1s and team meetings. The auto Zoom links are also a welcome bonus :).

Looks pretty neat. Would be nice to be able to propose 2 or 3 slots as people often tend to have commitments which are not on the calendar.

this is great! when i've worked at larger companies, 90%+ of my meetings were with 1-3 others. can definitely see this saving a ton of time

Hey, this looks great! As a Junior Analyst in my previous company, I was usually the one in charge of scheduling meetings with entire teams and it was a huge waste of time!

Looking forward to Outlook version. I'm curious can Zynq find the best time for internal meetings only or can you find the best time across client/internal calendars as well?
