@zerzar_bukhari We currently use Google Meet (not Zoom). Is there a way to easily add Google Meet links?
Zerzar Bukhari
@odedharth we now automatically add Google Meet links if Zoom is not enabled! πŸŽ‰

Nice product, is this for startups and small businesses specifically, because enterprises aren’t quick to change technologies (from multiple firsthand experiences). Would this technology synchronise with the other calendar tools on the user's computer?
Zerzar Bukhari
@rilwan_owolabi1 we've built this for enterprises as well! We work automatically with G Suite and are adding support for Outlook as well shortly. What calendar do you use at work?

Nice work @zerzar_bukhari! Awesome solution for managing team calendars and a major productivity hack πŸ‘

great stuff - will it come for Outlook?
Zerzar Bukhari
@da_ccx yes, we are working on a version for Outlook right now :)

Hey, love this! What's the maximum number of attendees you can manage?
Zerzar Bukhari
@robin_choy thanks Robin! It works best with <20 attendees, after that it's very hard to find a mutual time that works for everyone (but if it's possible, we'll find it!)

This looks nifty. A lot of meetings are not trivial to schedule if folks have some less important recurring meetings on calendar that may be ok to override. Any plans to help with those? e.g. suggest times with least conflicts, or suggest times at times when attendees don't have any confirmed accepted meetings rather than fallback to manual scheduling.
Zerzar Bukhari
@nirav_mehta4 yup! we are also working on a priority system where more urgent meetings (e.g. ASAP) will automatically move conflicts. In cases where it's not possible to move conflicts, we will still suggest times based on the least number of conflicts
