Knowing what you do now about the process of app development, what are some tips you would pass on to someone looking to do the same for the first time?
Yevgeny Simkin
@bryanmanio Hi Bryan. The Russian Mob develops apps and specifically we have a platform to build this sort of app (I tried multiple times to get in touch with Sam to offer to build this app - we would have launched it many moons ago, but he's a very hard man to reach and I suspect he never saw any of my various entreaties to him). If you have questions about app development in general or specific questions as they pertain to your needs please don't hesitate to ask. My email is ysimkin@therussianmob.com

Amazing product. Do you think you will replace twitter with this ad to get in touch with your audience?

Thank you for everything you do, and all of your work Sam. I came to know the podcast in the last year, and it has really changed my life. Two quick questions. 1) I'll be downloading the app as soon as it is available for Android. As someone who is a rookie to mindfulness, what would your advice be regarding the most important aspect of meditation, especially for a beginner. 2) I'm sure you must be exhausted about commenting on Islamism and it's impact on the past, present, and future of humanity. I consider this to be the foremost threat to global safety, and would gladly take up the mantle. I am active duty military, with access to an endless amount of free education. What courses of study do you think would help most with this kind of endeavor, and how would you recommend I get involved with groups that are doing such important work, for example Clarion. Thank you again, and all the best!

Any thoughts on having lessons from guests?

Hi Sam. Will there be an iPad version of the app? Also, an unrelated question (I hope you’ll excuse the verbosity and lack of pertinence). Is it safe to assume that you‘ve had private conversations with Dave Rubin in which you expressed some of the same concerns that your fans have expressed about him? If so, is it safe to assume that you’ve refrained from publicly airing those concerns because you view Dave as a good-faith actor whose better angels you’re most likely to nurture through private, friendly criticism? I ask this because, if that is indeed the strategy you’ve been following, I wonder why you didn’t follow it with Christian Picciolini. As far as I could tell, when I heard him on your podcast, he was a thoroughly decent, well-intentioned guy who was more than willing to criticize his own side (e.g., he readily agreed with your criticism of the SPLC), but who definitely had some blind spots. So when I saw you censoring his comments about Molyneux and Damore (instead of simply explaining, in a new introduction to the interview, that the comments were false), and getting into a Twitter war with him, I felt sick to my stomach. Christian certainly deserves blame for doubling down on his mistake and for the nonsense he’s been saying about you, but don’t you deserve some blame for addressing his mistake in such a provocative, undiplomatic manner?

Looking forward to Health app integration and a year’s worth of content

Pros:

The app itself is very simple which is great because it is so clear what to do. The content is extremely well designed, life changing.

Cons:

Delayed release
