I'll go first, During the launch of @Bitgrain , I thought maybe some 10 20 people might upvote or it can be even lesser, Surprisingly it got featured and the numbers went up crazy! I got mails from people who loved the product. It was unexpected but loved it! btw do see @Bitgrain : )
What motivates you to build your product? For me with @Bitgrain, it's my passion for creating with graphics. I needed a tool to make grunge posters myself, so I built one, and figured, why not share it with everyone else? What's yours ??
For Bitgrain, we found that maximum users came from blog features! yes and to be exact, the new users spiked upto 8.8k on a single day (that was the highest) and all came from blogs! Currently the max source is organic search and ai responses. Which channel is working the best for your brand?
For Bitgrain, before launching it, we focused on getting it to at least such a state that users were able to do the image transformations and basic studio designs. What was your MVP for you product?
Bitgrain is playing a bit off the field. We are aiming towards a "No AI" tool, whereas almost every other product currently targets the AI market. This has been both, good & bad at the same time. Good because I found lots of like minded people willing to support this. Bad because again, a lot of people don't actually support this in the era of "AI Boom". Yeah that's the direction Bitgrain is proceeding in. If it works, great. If it doesn't, then too great : )
@Bitgrain now has the option to export your studio images in HDR formats, so now that HDR enabled screens would glaze beautifully with your new hdr images! try it today at https://bitgrain.app
While launching your product, one of the most important part of the marketing process is finding the right audience. Getting good reach does not necessarily mean that you have been a good person in marketing your product. For https://bitgrain.app I got a huge influx of audience, but that was very wrongly justified as a AI first tool. So even though a huge chunk of people came to use my product, they were disappointed that it was not an AI first tool. This caused the SEO to even hamper I guess. So even after getting a huge reach, it did not bring in much fruitful results. Currently I have focused a lot on making corrections so that the SEO picks it up correctly as what exactly the tool is used for and I am getting Users who actually need the platform.
I have recently launched a lot of new features into Bitgrain. In case you happen to be a user who have used this product, would love if you could give your honest feedback on the product. Here's the feedback link: Feedback form Thanksss a lott in advance! : ) (PS. I would be giving away a month of pro subscription to a few users from this )
