So far I'm impressed. This looks like an app done right. Simple yet full of great content. I'm excited to progress through it and see where both the app and podcast go. Keep up the good work.

Sam’s careful construction of this app was well worth the wait. What you find here are not only carefully organised meditations but valuable mini lectures on existence itself and how to figure that out for yourself. I already went through the 12 lessons he posted and Day 1 of the meditation. I encourage you to make this app a guide in investigating your mind.

Pros:

Very intuitive interface. Sam’s voice Is perfect in the guided meditations And the supplemental lessons are a wonderful.

Cons:

Too soon to tell. They’ll have to anticipate the wide audience hits which is why i’m downloading 10 of the meditations right away.

If I subscribe on your website does it also subscribe for the app and via versa. Or are they totally separate subscriptions?

@samharrisofficial How long can you maintain an state of mind which lacks free will and ego?Could it be in oppose of diligence? Is it useful to have such state of mind throughout the day and weeks or do you recommend to come back to this state in times of negative thoughts?

Are there any plans to make the meditations adjustable in length (like in the 10% Happier app)?

Hello @samharrisofficial , your remarks and arguments on the issues of the past and present times are always reliably accurate and uniquely honest and I'm so glad to see your efforts now reaching yet another domain of intellectual communication. I found the beta startlingly useful so early in the course.
