Very helpful test and will definitely help you find some blindspots in your PM skills. I learned a lot from that test and shared it with the rest of my team. Add to that it's FREE, and there is no excuse for not trying it out.

I'm taken the GoPractice training classes a couple of months ago, and it clearly enriched my approach and processes required to perform data-driven product development. They put you in a realistic scenario, with hands-on real analytics tools. As you walk through the chapters, you have access to complimentary documents and research to build a solid foundation for further analysis. On numerous occasions, I've been able to reach out directly to them or to the community where I felt something was unclear. When you're not used to some phrasing or new tools, it's a huge plus. I highly recommend this training, as it doesn't focus on "one field", but gives a full global vision and a credible scenario to develop a full product from its early stages up to its final launch. With many bumps on the road. And I can't think of a more clever way to train someone into a PM role with actual skills and actionnables.

Thanks Dani, I still remember being impressed when I asked you to rate yourself on a particular growth skill and you gave yourself a low rating. Most people don't have the self awareness to do this :) You'll recall I also rated myself low on that skill :) Because of your focus on skill development, I think you'll score well on this test!

This assessment is great. It gives you peace of mind as well as directions to go further. I can finally show that I'm a good kind of "growth generalist" ;-) as growth does require broad range of skills.
