Do you track new AI model releases and test them as they come out?

We're taking part in the GPT-6 Astra Challenge with OpenAI right now, which got me thinking about this.

New models drop constantly. Some people test everything immediately, others stick with what works until there's a real reason to switch.

We just launched AINA - an extremely realistic AI career coach

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Kristina, working on marketing, back with another product after some time away.

I know from experience how hard it can be to get back into job hunting and interviews after a long time in one role. It's like learning a new skill.

What's the most annoying part of job hunting or hiring right now?

First, a huge thank you to the whole community for your support on AINA's launch day. We're grateful to be at the top, with such strong competition around us.

What we love about Product Hunt is that it's really about community and genuine connections. Preparation and launch day both taught us a lot.

How has AI changed the way you job hunt (or hire)?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately, especially working on AINA.

Even a few years ago, job hunting meant tailoring your resume manually and preparing for interviews mostly alone (or with a friend, or sometimes a coach if you were ready to invest).

Now AI is everywhere in the process. Candidates use it to rewrite resumes, practice interviews, and figure out why their applications aren't landing. Recruiters use it to screen resumes, write job descriptions, and even run first-round interviews.
