This is a great way to measure a broad range of critical growth skills. The assessment will help you focus your learning efforts and to understand where you can improve.

Such a critical/missing piece of how to build your/your team's skill set in an efficient manner. And no surprise this assessment takes a little bit of work but if you're serious about growth that's how you get to the gold.
