I tried the platform, very smart idea. If I understood correctly, only companies pay while talents/candidates and referrers do not, right? Side not, help center was not working for me. Congratulations on the launch!

@alexletizia Exactly! Companies pay out bounties once they make a hire through a refereal! I’ll check help center, thanks for the heads up!

Recrooit is quite an interesting product. It takes the referral system that existed since the dawn of companies and makes it external. With this approach, the number of recommendations/applications is higher, and the quality of candidates is also better, since you have a large number of professional freelancer recruiters recommending candidates that wouldn't notice your job ad otherwise. Each position has a bounty set on it by the company. Once the candidate is submitted and the whole recruitment process has completed, and your candidate is the one company decided to hire, you get payed. Having submitted few candidates myself of different seniority, that have been hired by companies both small and large, I can say that candidate satisfaction with the recruitment process is better on both sides, since everything is just faster. The biggest upside is the reduced waiting time between each step, and the recruitment process itself is shorter, making it easier for candidates to decide. As a company, you also get Free ATS system that you can use, and later on scale if it works for you and need more resources, which makes it a great deal, even if you want to keep your recruitment process in-house. And the best of all is that the UI is quite simple, intuitive and stays out of your way making the whole user experience better. Congrats on the launch, and keep improving!

Great to see how Recrooit has grown! Your launch video really brings the concept to life. It's always inspiring to see fellow Belgrade-based innovators making waves. Curious to know, as Recrooit expands, how do you plan to scale your community engagement? Keep rocking it, @nevena_sofranic !
Nevena Sofranic
@mocarg Thanks for your support and a great question! It's true, scaling our community engagement is key. Here's what we have in mind so far: 1. Local Community Ambassadors: It's already hard to manage a multilingual community, so our priority in years to come will be figuring out ambassadors for local communities. 2. Building multiple community channels, Discord has been a great asset - but not all of our users have it. 3. Enhanced Platform Features: We're continuously upgrading Recrooit with features that foster community interaction and make the referral process smoother and more engaging. Does that answer your question?

Seeing Recrooit's growth is inspiring! As a marketeer, I'm particularly interested in the unique challenges you've faced in marketing a community-led platform. Could you share some insights on the most effective strategies you've encountered in promoting Recrooit?
Nevena Sofranic
@milosnesovic Marketplace is something else! It was really hard to communicate same mission, but different value props for demand and supply sides. We built a flywheel feature - referral links that worked as a charm for our user acquisition efforts and leveraged different channels: social media, community partnerships, email marketing - you name a channel, we've probably shared our links there.
