With this app you can even earn and pay for your lunch(es) without having to wait for you referred colleague to take you to the lunch after successful hiring! Congrats on the launch Nev! 🚀 This is a great way to find good candidates. I always much prefer receiving referrals for candidates if possible when I’m hiring! What is the verification process to be a referrer? As a recruiter do you see the referrers background/experience? I typically know the person referring the candidate or have some kind of connection so I was just wondering what that pov looks like!
