Great to see ProfitWell here. Been using the product for over 4 weeks now and the experience has been great. Integration with Chargebee is smooth but more importantly the insights we have been able to generate. If you are a Saas business, this is a great tool to try.

Fun side story: Our video producer and I are in Sydney and we ended up not being able to shoot the video before we left (knowing we wanted to launch today).
We ended up being under the gun in-between meetings needing to shoot, edit, clean up, etc everything in just over an hour. We ended up shooting the video in 10 minutes and getting everything out the door within that time period.
I don't think we would be able to do that again! We got incredibly lucky. :)

Excited for this! I've been using ProfitWell or a few years and jumped onto their Retain product as soon as it was available (which has retained 60% (!!!) of our MRR), excited to add more power to my ProfitWell. My understanding of how to properly do revenue recognition is.... limited, so I'm super excited to hire ProfitWell to do this job.
great work @patticus - a sort of un-related question; do you intend to update any of your business metrics around the decision to go freemium; especially around long-term prognosis?
@bhajw Absolutely. I know I've said that to you before, but I promise you it's coming.
I'd argue our resolve for freemium at the very least has influenced our competitors to try and/or actually go freemium, as well, which means that we had at least some impact on the market. Based on our numbers though and the numbers of others, I'd argue that our hypothesis provided to be correct. Yet, it doesn't mean there weren't some pretty big challenges that we missed on our initial analysis. More on this later. :)
Really admire the ProfitWell ethos (and, as a free user, the biz model!). Everything you guys create is Just Right - can only imagine the amount of effort going on behind the scenes to make it so.
@humanismusic insane amount, and trust me when I say that we take every little piece of feedback probably too seriously, because we aim to produce pixels that make your life easier and ultimately get you back to focusing on your customers and your product.
ProfitWell is hands down the easiest, cleanest and most concise reporting on all the metrics I care about as a sales leader. Two thumbs way up.
On top of that Retain keeps more money in our bank account and PW's blog content gives us expert-level info on the topics that matter for our business. Overall a great company doing great things.

Cool product, just wanted to point out that I believe you are missing "we'll" in this headline, "Whether for your board or your investors, the team of accountants and engineers at ProfitWell have your back."
I know those great tools already. And I recently signed up to give it a shot. I like the clean UI much. But what I don't get tbh is, why it's free? How do you profit from that? At the end of the day it's all about the money :)
