I've worked in SaaS since 2001. I co-founded Clicktools; the first European ISV of Salesforce, one of the first 20 apps on the AppExchange and the winner of 5 consecutive AppExchange Awards. We bootstrapped to ~60 people and were acquired by SurveyMonkey and then CallidusCloud. Since exiting in 2016, I've been doing a combination of advising and real roles such as COO, CPO and CEO of SaaS start and scale-ups.
