Let's go team! This is Awesome!

this is exactly what i've been looking for to create some of my small n simple game ideas!

Congrats on the launch, team!

I was super excited to check this out because I love games and just productivity tools in general, but it seems like the app consistently crashes on me...I'm having a hard time believing that this will improve my workflow. I was really hoping that there would be better optimization and that it would generate meaningful assets. I literally sent two prompts and clicked away and it crashed :(

Hey, sorry to hear that. Could you tell us more about the issues you were experiencing and what prompts you used at ?

Looks promising! Another area of life I will plunge into, creating games :D Please, extend the day! I will pay 🤣

Can't wait to try it out, is the AI generation done locally? I got a M2 Pro with 16GB of ram, is that enough?

 All AI generation runs on our servers! Your laptop just needs to handle game rendering by itself

The Canvas view is such a game-changer, finally feels like I can see my game at a glance without diving into a spaghetti mess of objects. AI asset gen was smoother than I expected too. Super curious how far I can push this in a day.

Just played around with the Agentic Assistant, crazy how quickly it scaffolded out a basic 3D environment. The Canvas view is such a relief compared to traditional editors.

Would love to see a template market for Nitrode! Is that on the roadmap?

 Coming soon!

There are a few very precise questions I have;

  1. What is the limit to your creativity with the end product?

  2. Does it have the capacity to create AAA grade games?

  3. Will it in anyway be open source?

 Great questions! You can build anything on Nitrode that you can build with a traditional game engine like Unity. In fact, AAA grade games are the category of games we're targeting since they typically have such a high barrier to entry to build. We're also working towards introducing different form factors into Nitrode that you might not typically think of, including AI voice agents and a toolkit allowing users to bring the real-world into the games they build. For now, we do not plan on being open source.

 This is beautiful, is there a website i can access to read up docs or see demo's and presentations?

Congrats Richard and team!!!

 Thanks Amy!!
