All in one solution for my customer support. Am primarily using the support ticketing function (connected to the support request form, my email and twitter) and also the knowledge base - where I host a load of support articles. Don’t (yet) use it for calls or chat but it is there if ever I need / want to. Love it!!

It's a very customizable and powerful tool to communicate with your customers. I love how well it integrates with other platforms like social networks to allow you to manage all customer queries from one place. It also has excellent reporting features, so you can get very granular data on all your customer service processes.
