Hello everyone I've been using LiveAgent for many months now. Their dashboard is very ergonomic and very complete. All the features are easy to integrate. For the use that I make, LiveAgent does very well are work. I use it mainly to manage support requests related to my Forum. I haven't found any default for now but I guess there are some things to improve as in any product however, I am very satisfied and can only advise you to use their excellent services. You won't regret it!

I have been using it for quite a while now and I must say that it is a full fledged complete package that you will ever need for your startup or business or whatever it is that you are doing. Live chat, help desk, tracking etc you name it Live Agent has it and oh !! Did I mention the calls that you can do to connect with your customers live :)

We have been using LiveAgent for a little over a year. We use it so our contract support team can easily communicate with our customers and individuals that our customers put into our system. Our systems see 1000's of users a month that are not customers and do not have any direct revenue related to them but need to successfully use our system so that our customers can make decisions. LiveAgent allows us to manage this support while keeping cost low. We use the Knowledge base along with our AI bots to provide users automated support information but also provide links to the ticket system for cases where the automated responses just do not provide enough support. we have not yet used the Call or live chat feature but they are nice options to have. LiveAgent allows us to track tickets, ticket handle time and other criteria by agent and type of ticket. It allows us to classify the requesting individual and associate them with companies that we have entered into the system. Another nice feature are the many ways we can provide our users with the contact forms. We use the contact buttons distributed by Goggle Tag manager on many of our pages but also provide direct contact forms through our AI bots. We can have individuals create new tickets by simply sending an email to a predefined email address as well. While this has resulted in some spam ending up in the system, LiveAgent has means for the agents to mark the tickets as spam and remove then when needed. LiveAgent has been a good addition to our support process. In the past, we have had our own internally hosted ticket systems as well as tried other commercially available packages. To date, we have found LiveAgent to be our best option when we consider the quality of the offering, the options and the price. We recommend LiveAgent

We at Meetanshi.com, have been using LiveAgent now for over a year and I'm happy I chose this over other options. We use LiveAgent for providing: - Live Chat Support - Ticketing Support - Knowledge base The LiveAgent support is also great. All the time our queries have been answered over their Livechat. I highly recommend this for any business which needs a Livechat or ticketing system.

We have been a customer for some time and would recommend Liveagent to anyone looking for a customer service tool. Pros: - very stable - feature rich - a ton of integrations to your favourite tools - great intuitive UI - share one mailbox amongst all service representitives Cons: - resetting password seems to have a glitch or a poor e-mail server in the background Overall, do your comparison try others out but I am sure you will end up with LiveAgent.
