I'm a solo founder working on a legal tech platform, and I've been building mostly on my own for the past year or so. Still figuring out a lot of things when it comes to launching, marketing, and getting early users, so I figured this would be a good place to start learning from people who have actually been through it. I am a solo developer. I used an adversarial AI development loop to build a platform with real engineering rigor:

• Pixel-blind server: Image bytes go directly from your browser to S3 via presigned POST.

• Sidecar metadata: All tags, notes, and AI labels are written to .meta.json files in your own bucket.

• Technical baseline: 287 PHP files (38,500 lines) with 100% strict_types and PHPStan Level 8.

I m Volodymyr, a Ukrainian founder building products in the food and restaurant space while living in Valencia, Spain.

Over the last couple of years I ve been building Reservble a platform that helps restaurants manage table reservations, deposits, and QR payments. Working closely with restaurants every day gave me new idea: people love discovering places to eat and drink, but most of us save them in messy notes, screenshots, or random bookmarks.

So I decided to build Flistoo.

I don't mean an app, I mean the skill. I am currently sitting on a SaaS app that is ready to launch and fear has set in, so I procrastinate the launch by starting another project and immersing myself into the new project. The build phase is the fun part I suppose... but I really need to make some effort to get to the money-making phase.

I know other people have this problem, I can't be the only one. What do you think causes it? Is it fear of success? I think in my case, even a small amount of success would change my life quite dramatically. Of course, this is a good thing and absolutely necessary, but I am aware that I will be stepping outside of my comfort zone and into the unknown.
