I love the product. Beautiful, well done, and just works. My concern is with the pricing at scale. You really price out the high quality indie apps that have a huge user base. Often times those are the devs who need to complete the feedback loop the most to help reach that next level. Maybe a startup or indie plan?

@benmcredmond @erikgroset A low cost version of Intercom could be end up being a ubiquitous "must have" for many midsize to large services (or it should be, anyway). We looked into it several times and we'd be using it today if we could have justified the cost. Looking forward to whatever you've got cooking!

Freaking Love Intercom - since Oct 2014 when we signed up! Day and Night. Our people love it to help customers and our customers love it even more. We dropped zendesk in 2015, and moved all marketing & transactional mailing to it in 2016. Now it also manages our end to end funnel :) Been beta testing this new messenger and its really really good. Just wish oh wish the "location" indicator as part of the "team" profile our customers see could be "customised" somewhat. What do you say @brian_donohue & @padday?
