So we're massive fans of Intercom and run it for bluethumb.com.au and smartrmail.com. And this update is excellent. But one, small, tiny, thing - the new product overview page is kinda insanely busy https://www.intercom.io/in-app-m.... I feel like I'm in a marketing page designed by Keith Haring!

Great improvement to the product! Really excited to roll this out in our application, the new format solves the issues we were having with chat or product announcements covering some UI elements in the top right of the page 🙌

In terms of features/design, the attention to detail is very impressive. Seems to blow similar products out of the water. Pricing-wise it seems ok for high-touch SAAS products, but I've always been unsure if intercom scales for driving marketing automation on consumer products. Is the target user primarily B2B companies?

@androidlove Slack is for messaging between teams in a business. Intercom is for messaging between a business and their customers.
