No paid ads. No big network. Just one bet every dev marketplace rewards storytelling. We'd reward shipping.
The premise
Spent today fixing SEO issues on my site
Ran a full SEO audit on my project today. Found out Google had 39 pages stuck in "Discovered not indexed."
What I fixed:
Switched profile pages from force-dynamic to ISR caching
Converted my AI agent page from client to server component so crawlers can actually see it
Added schema markup (BreadcrumbList, Person, Organization, SoftwareApplication)
Removed unoptimized images, enabled AVIF/WebP
Added an About page for E-E-A-T signals
Updated sitemap with all missing pages
Resubmitted the sitemap, checked Search Console, down to 2 not-indexed pages now. Ranking dipped temporarily but from what I've read that's normal after big changes.

Hey! Quick building-in-public update on what we shipped today:

Quick update on what we shipped this week at VibeTalent
Vibe Score overhaul We completely rebuilt how developer scores work. Every verified GitHub user now starts with a baseline score of 10. Project endorsements actually count now (+5 per endorsement). And we added a weekly quality rescoring cron that re-analyzes your GitHub repos automatically so if your project gains stars, contributors, or commits, your score goes up without you doing anything. Projects also auto-verify on upload when your GitHub username matches the repo owner. No more manual "verify" clicks.
Smart pagination Explore and leaderboard pages now have proper pagination with ellipsis, first/last jump buttons, and a "Go to page" input. No more scrolling through 80+ builders.
Mobile experience Top Talent and Featured Projects sections now scroll horizontally on mobile with snap-to-card swiping. Notification bell and profile avatar are visible on the mobile navbar. The whole mobile experience feels native now.
Display names + GitHub verification You can now set a display name (separate from username). If you signed up with GitHub OAuth, you get a blue verified checkmark across the platform profiles, leaderboard, explore cards, everywhere.

Feed — A Live Activity Stream for Vibe Coders
Most developer portfolios are static you add your projects once and that's it. No reason to come back.
We just shipped a Live Feed on VibeTalent that changes that. It's a unified activity stream showing everything happening across the builder community:
GitHub commits & PRs merged
New projects shipped (with tech stack and live links)
Daily coding streaks (30+ day milestones get highlighted)
New builders joining the platform
