While there are things to improve (all products have), Hugo has been a great addition to our day-to-day life. (we've been using Hugo for few weeks only and we already feel the positive impacts) Great job Hugo Team! Keep it up! We'll continue using it as long as you improve it!
we love hearing these stories. Thanks for the support and so glad to hear about Hugo’s impact on your team 🙌
How do you ensure that data is safe ?
important question, thanks! We've built everything about Hugo with security and privacy in mind. We host your data on AWS on servers in a Virtual Private Cloud. We encrypt all your data in transit and at rest, with backups and failover and data recovery processes. As part of our marketplace partnerships with the likes of Slack, Zoom and Salesforce we are also required to undergo regular security and penetrating testing too. Then, there's our permissions model in the app to make sure that your meeting agendas and notes are only available to the right people! You can read more about Hugo's security here: . Rest assured, your meeting data is in good hands!
We have been using this for the past 2 months and it has helped us achieve much more efficiency in our meetings. It also makes it easier for us to find notes from past meetings. Great Product!
thanks! Meeting efficiency and organizing meeting agendas & notes based on your calendar data is what we’re all about. Thanks for the support! 🤙
Linking meeting notes to a calendar is game changing. Hugo has been an amazing way to align teams around meetings!
that's why we built Hugo like we did, with your calendar at its core. Thanks for the support!
Well put together. The team is very committed to its mission and very keen to engage with the user to get there. This clearly shows in the user workflows and the obvious amounts of time spent on user experience and interface designing. It’s easy and efficient. Something not easily found on this particular space of minutes and meeting management. It’s actually quite a meaningful addition to your working tool set.
I've been using Hugo for about a week and with some minor tweaks, it works perfect in the flow of work. I have not really explored the collaboration part, but this could eventually replace Evernote for me.
Good to hear! Thanks Anthony. Let us know what you think about collaboration features too. Thanks for the support. Darren
I used to use WorkLife, which became Cisco Spark Meeting Notes, which was mothballed. Hugo has picked up where Cisco left off, and I'm really grateful. It makes agendas, shared notes, and documentation of meetings easy enough that they actually happen.
Huge fan of Hugo and the team behind it! It's amazing to have an app do a lot of the monotonous work (that is a byproduct of most meetings) for you - auto-categorization, super slick integrations, templates for best practices, and potentially my favorite thing... collaborative agendas! If you aren't using Hugo yet I can't recommend it enough - it's one of the few apps out there that will actually make your meetings feel like LESS work.
