I beta tested the on-demand groceries and have been a costumer for months. If you want fresh organic groceries, these guys are legit. (And you actually get what you order! Unlike a competitor who shall remain nameless 😏)

@staringispolite thank you for beta testing!

I'm lucky to have gotten in on Farmstead during their beta, and have been a happy customer for over a year. It was a lifesaver in the late stages of pregnancy when I couldn't waddle to the store, the first few months of handling a newborn, and even now with a toddler who consumes a ridiculous amount of milk. Milk is heavy. I hate carrying heavy groceries. Farmstead solves this problem and also handles my bottle returns. Genius!!

I have my staples set up as recurring deliveries so I never have to think about ordering eggs or milk. And they do something magical with their broccoli. It's the best I've had.

Pros:

Convenient, fast, set it and forget it!

Cons:

More SKUs please, and a dedicated mobile app!

Cons:

Have been using Farmstead since they launched in SF and it's totally replaced the rest of the grocery delivery services for us.

Pros:

Great selection of goods, fast delivery, good prices.

Cons:

Products can sell out near the end of the day - gotta make sure I get my orders in early.

@pradeep24 this looks amazing congrats on your hard work!! You need to expand North to Canada my friend!! Only question, why not IB for your messaging?!? :)

Minnesota welcomes y’all! Fast delivery is easy to get here. But the curated part might require ordering from three stores and two delivery services. And the fish market you just go to yourself lol.

@kkdub we will figure this out for you once we launch in Minnesota!

This is both cool and practical. Congrats! How do you curate the product selection to only retain the best?
Pradeep Elankumaran
@yummysociety We listen to our customers and add what they ask us to add. Then we refine the list based on how well a product sells.

If I did more cooking, I'd be ordering from them 2-3x a week.

Pros:

Attention to detail by the team and super responsive on comm's.

Cons:

Current delivery areas for other friends but just a matter of time(!) as they continue to expand
